CHOOSE to shift your emotions.
Do this by asking yourself three powerful questions.
- WHAT do you want?
- WHY do you want it?
- HOW does it make you feel?
Asking yourself these questions will raise your level of awareness, shifting your thoughts and emotions into how you want to feel, instead of being focused on how you don’t want to feel.
