Our spirituality, the deepest values with which we live by aren’t separate from the work that we do.

They’re actually CENTRAL to it.

If you’d asked me a few years ago what my values were I would have probably told you that my main values were,

following through,

being a person of my word,

and telling the truth.

Those are important values, right? But what I realized over a period of time is I actually I didn’t know myself.

I didn’t really know what all of my values were because I spent every day of my life prioritizing my career and other people’s wants and needs before myself.

I never allowed myself space to really know what my values were without the influence of what everyone else in my life wanted.

It wasn’t until I had checked all the boxes off the list of what traditional society teaches us that it means to have success…

UNTIL I ran out of things to chase after outside myself, that this fog I’d been under started to lift.

Although there was a part of my career I really loved, helping other people, coaching them, mentoring them, training them, and lifting them up to success…

There was this whole other part of my career that I didn’t feel in INTEGRITY with.

I didn’t feel in integrity with putting the bottom line before the happiness and well-being of people.

I could no longer be in a place where my values and the core of my BE-ing weren’t in alignment with the work I was doing and so I eventually took action to change it.

I say eventually because for a period of time I’d felt my soul’s call to make a change but I kept shoving it down with doubt and fear.

Is it too late for me to make a change?

Can I do anything else?

Am I good enough to do anything else?

The truth is that the only thing standing in my way was ME.

I allowed my courage to be greater than my fear and I created a whole new path.

It was my own journey of awakening that inspired me to do what I’m doing now, which is to help other awakened leaders who are want to achieve fulfillment gain the clarity and confidence they need to align with their higher purpose.

You need to know that you don’t have to settle in life.

You don’t have to settle for what you think is possible or settle for what you already have.

Ask yourself these questions,

πŸ‘‰Is the career that you have right now in alignment with your deepest values and beliefs?

πŸ‘‰Are you surrounding yourself with people and a lifestyle that is in alignment with your deepest values and beliefs?

If not, take a step back and make space for yourself to reflect on what alignment would look and feel like, then take action to anchor the changes you desire into your physical reality.

YOU are the only one that can bring the fulfillment and joy that you really want for your life. πŸ’―
