You wake up in the morning, and instead of feeling rested and excited to face the day, you’re exhausted. When the alarm goes off you want to go back to sleep, because you only got 5 or so hours the night before. You have a full day ahead putting your best foot forward every. single. minute.

Your schedule is full of projects, full of managing people, and full of meetings. In some cases, even double booked.

Then after work, you have dinner plans, helping the kids with their homework, cleaning, and the list goes on and on and on.

On top of that, as if all of that weren’t enough, you have to deal with at least one or more work-related issues after you’ve “finished” for the day. Once again, your work has invaded your personal time and your personal relationships.

The symptom is that you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and stretched thin. You don’t know how you can possibly do more in a day and yet here you are… again.

How will you manage to get through this day, to get it all done?

Everyone tells you that you have it all and that you should be grateful. You are grateful.

But if you “have it all” why do you feel so drained all the time?

The real problem is that you aren’t effectively and efficiently managing your time 100%. This is what’s causing those feelings of stress, overwhelm, and exhaustion.

The key to taking your time back is taking a look at how you spend your time and stop overcommitting. Stop saying yes when you don’t have the time or resources.

This will immediately put you back in the driver’s seat of your life and set you up for success, feeling less stress and more in control of your day.

Are you ready to shift from “having it all” (overwhelm included) to feeling complete?
